Torsha is a lawyer-by-training and a Project Manager at CCG. She is deeply interested in research at the intersection of constitutionalism and technology, and her work focuses on a wide variety of issues in the domain of technology, law and policy, including platform governance, data protection and emerging technologies.
Prior to CCG, Torsha worked for four years as a Researcher with the Centre for Internet and Society (Bangalore), where she researched and wrote on a wide variety of issues in the domain of intermediary liability and access to internet. She holds a B.B.A LL.B from National Law University Odisha and a LL.M in Law and Technology (cum laude) from Tilburg University at The Netherlands.
