Sachin Dhawan is a Programme Manager at the Centre for Communication Governance, National Law University Delhi. He is an expert on technology law and policy. Sachin has published approximately 30 articles on a wide range of public law areas, including free speech and privacy. His articles have appeared in outlets such as the Hindustan Times, the Indian Express, the Hindu Business Line, Seminar Magazine and the Jindal Global Law Review. His previous work experiences include Meta, Jindal Global Law School and PRS Legislative Research. Sachin has a B.A. from Amherst College and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
