The Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University Delhi, the Hans Bredow Institute at the University of Hamburg and the Institute for Technology & Society, Rio in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair on Freedom of Communication at the University of Hamburg and the Global Network of Internet and Society Research Centers are happy to announce our sixth week-long summer school on contemporary issues of information law and policy. The Summer School on Governing Data and Information on the Internet: A Human Rights Perspective will take place from March 02 – 08, 2020 at National Law University Delhi.

The discussion focused on prescriptive regulation under the Information Technology Act and mainly centered around the possible result this question would yield at the Supreme Court.
